    You’ll need a yoga mat, water bottle, towel, proper athletic shoes, proper athletic clothing
  3. WHAT IF IT’S RAINING OR THERE’S EXTREME WEATHER?

  4. HOW CAN I PAY?
    We accept both Paypal and major credit cards.
  5. IS THERE A DROP-IN RATE?
    GIRL’S GOT FITNESS doesn’t offer drop-in classes – we want everyone to feel motivated and achieve their goals – this is much more effective if we work as a group.
  6. WHAT IF I’M NOT SURE I’LL LIKE IT?
    If you’re not sure you’ll like the class, you’re able to attend a free one-wee trial.

  7. WHAT FITNESS LEVEL DO I HAVE TO BE AT TO PARTICIPATE?
    GIRL’S GOT FITNESS welcomes ALL levels of fitness. We ensure we will provide you with any modifications necessary to ensure you’re working out at the level you should – and want to be at!

  9. WHAT MONTHS ARE INDOORS / OUTDOORS?
    Outdoors: May-September, Indoors: October-April
  10. WHAT IF I HAVE JOINT OR OTHER MEDICAL ISSUES?
    If you suffer from any medical or joint issues, we strongly suggest you see your physician for approval to exercise before attending and would require a doctor’s note indicating so.
  11. CAN I JOIN GIRL’S GOT FITNESS IF I’M PREGNANT?
    While modifications can be given to pregnant women who are used to working out pre-pregnancy, we strongly suggest you see your physician for approval to exercise before attending and would require a doctor’s note indicating so.
  12. HOW MANY WOMEN ARE IN EACH CLASS?
    GIRL’S GOT FITNESS limits all classes to a maximum of 25 participants.
